I have been working with Randy Kent for since 2011, before he formed Catalyst for Advisors because he has been value added to my business. He has helped me grow my business as well as making my business more organized and efficient. Developing and updating a written service model, conducting regular Business Advisory Group meetings, keeping track of contacts, and making sure that I stay on task are just a few of the ways that my association with Catalyst has helped me. With over thirty-five years in the business I have worked with a number of consultants, but none of them really worked out. The difference with Randy is that he holds me accountable. Weekly contact means I cannot put off things because I will have to answer for them on our call. He keeps me honest.
Another thing that differentiates Catalyst for Advisors is that it is not “cookie-cutter” consulting. There is not just one thing that they focus on in my business. They take a holistic approach to my business including service, outreach, marketing, team building, organization as well as other areas. On a personal note, a few years ago I had some health issues and could not work full-time. During that time Randy made sure I was accomplishing what I needed so that my work did not fall behind. Because of his help I not only finished the year on target, but ahead of the previous year. I know of no other consultant who is as flexible and willing to help in so many ways.
